The Podium Academy provides structured, age-appropriate training for kids and youth ages 4–15, with a focus on confidence, posture, runway technique, posing, camera awareness and professional behaviour.
Through progressive coaching and hands-on experiences, students learn to move with greater control, take direction, feel more comfortable being seen and develop skills they can carry into modeling, performance and everyday life.
Whether a child is completely new or already has experience in modeling, dance, theatre, pageants or other performance settings, Podium provides a supportive space to train, practice and grow at their own pace.

Confidence, Posture & Presence
Build body awareness, stronger posture and the confidence to carry themselves with greater ease and intention.
Runway Movement & Technique
Develop balance, coordination, timing and controlled movement through age-appropriate runway training.
Posing & Camera Awareness
Learn flattering angles, expression, body positioning and how to feel more natural and confident in front of the camera.
Direction-Taking & Professional Behaviour
Practice listening, adapting, working with others and responding confidently to direction in training, backstage and performance settings.
Industry Awareness & Digital Presence
Learn age-appropriate expectations around modeling, professional conduct, social media and navigating the industry with greater awareness.
Hands-On Experience
Put developing skills into practice through photoshoots, showcases, collaborative projects and select experiences when available.
Our training meets kids where they are — from first-time beginners to experienced young performers and models — helping each student build stronger skills, greater confidence and a more polished presence at their own pace.

Registered Talent
Designed for families who want to train and participate more consistently. Registered Talent receive preferred program pricing, access to Gather&Glow Practice Club, professional headshots, a Podium T-shirt, parent support and eligibility for select Podium experiences and the Year-End Showcase when participation requirements are met.
Guest Talent
A flexible option for families who prefer to attend individual Trainings without a regular commitment. A great way to experience Podium, build skills and decide whether more consistent participation is right for your child.
